Celebrate all 31 days in July in Arizona’s Red Rock Country - Sedona.
Why limit oneself to one day of celebration? Why not create fireworks all month long?  July is a great time to get away to Sedona, Arizona.  It is summer vacation time and there is no better place than Sedona in July: warm days, cool, starry nights and plenty of outdoor & indoor fun.

First things first, before one starts to celebrate, one needs a place to stay.  If this is a family adventure, then the Sedona Summit Resort is the place.  Adjacent to National Forest Service land, this resort offers: pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, barbeque areas, fitness center, game room, personal Concierge service and spectacular Red Rock views.  One bedroom suites sleep four and feature kitchens, fireplaces, whirlpool tubs and private balconies.  If one wants to ignite fireworks with that special someone, then Amara Resort & Spa is the place.  Located on Oak Creek in uptown Sedona, this resort features: saltwater pools, full-service spa, four-star restaurant, modern, serene furnishings and of course, great Red Rock views.

Now, what to do? For family-fun check out the National Parks. Slide Rock State Park in Sedona is not only breathtakingly beautiful, but it also is a natural waterslide.  Or take a day trip to the Grand Canyon.  Want to recapture the Wild West? Take them to Blazin’ M Ranch for a show & dinner.  If it’s couple time then wine tasting in the local vineyards fits the bill.  Take a Red Rock Jeep tour through the canyons and visit Page Springs Cellars.  Once there, enjoy a vineyard tour, wine tasting and of course a chauffeured ride back.  Or how about a tee time for him and a spa day for her? While he tees off at The Sedona Golf resort, she can enjoy a full body massage at Amara Spa.

Everybody has to eat!  If it’s casual dining, give Open Range Grill a try.  Located atop Sinauga Plaza in Uptown Sedona, this restaurant has children’s menus, great burgers and views galore.  For a more upscale experience, it’s The Cowboy Club.  This landmark Sedona restaurant features buffalo, rattlesnake, cactus fries and a boutique wine list.  Want to go all out? Cucina Rustica in the Village of Oak Creek serves contemporary fine Italian cuisine in the most romantic of settings.  Dine inside or al fresco on the fire lit patio.

So, start celebrating! With so much to do and see in Sedona, one may need all 31 days to do it!
