Leap of Faith by Rev. Linda Sue Swartz

No doubt you’ve heard the expression ‘leap of faith’ before. It implies that the word ‘leap’, is based on some sort of belief. Although faith is something you can’t see, touch or taste, the belief is strong enough to justify the decision or action. When you can’t physically prove something, you have to rely on faith - which is a sense or a knowing you can feel or trust.
Could another word for this sense or knowing be intuition? Most people that follow their intuition continue to do so because it usually turns out to be guidance in the right direction. Could this guidance be from a spiritual or divine source? Many believe it is, and even some psychics use this source - intuitive abilities, to gather information and/or provide guidance - in addition to their other modalities.
The ‘snowball’ effect that comes from trusting ones intuition (guidance), is that the more you trust what you get (faith), the more you trust in the content (information), to be correct. And the more you receive, the more you trust. So while the average person who may not be used to spirit communication hears that ‘little voice’ from time to time, one shouldn’t rule out guidance from that inner source or connection. And to those who are spiritually connected - trust more, get more, and grow more.
Along with being a psychic and spiritual medium, Rev. Linda Sue Swartz is a healer and teacher who specializes in guidance and spiritual contact through psychic readings; and natural healing with ‘reiki’ and spiritual response therapy.
