Harvest Fair at the Antique Gas & Steam Engine Museum – Vista, CA: Celebrating 150 years of HOLT and featuring the Ford Model T, enjoy 50 acres of fun including an antique equipment parade and working antique equipment demonstrations; short track ‘n scale model trains; weaving demonstrations and sales; blacksmithing and wheelwright; tractor games; wagon rides; heritage village; vendor booths; food and snacks; quilt raffle and ford pedal tractor raffle, and live entertainment. 6^th Annual Seaside Highland Games in Ventura, CA: The weekend of October 11 & 12 will see Scotland in all its color and pageantry come alive as the Seaside Highland Games return to the Pacific Coast at Ventura.  The pipes—the Great Highland Bagpipes—will signal the call to gather on that one special weekend when ALL are invited to enjoy a wonderfully entertaining weekend of music, dance, athletics, children’s events, shopping, food and drink!  Read more about the Seaside Highland Games.
