Annual Sonora Celtic Faire - Celebrating the cultures of
Ireland, Scotland, Cornwall, and Wales, the 24th Annual Sonora Celtic
Faire will be held at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds in Sonora, CA, from
March 12-14. Enjoy Celtic music and dancers, food, clans, re-enactors,
archery, jousting, athletics, and more!
Lucky
Blarney Night - Around the world, and across time, people have
gathered for storytelling. On March 13, storytellers will be telling
tales of Luck and Blarney to celebrate St. Patrick's Day for an all ages
audience. All of the storytellers have local popularity, and some of the
tellers are nationally, and internationally known. This will be held at
The First Lutheran Church in Vista, CA.

for Parks: Big Cypress National Preserve - Hundreds of South
Florida residents are expected to participate in this national awareness
event that aims to expose South Floridas diverse communities to its
local national park sites. This year, area residents will have the
opportunity to explore the Kirby Storter Boardwalk area located within
Big Cypress National Preserve.

Annual Real Gardens for Real People Garden Tour in Phoenix,
AZ - View the home gardens of certified Master
Gardeners in the historic vicinity of the Central Corridor
in Phoenix, on March. 13. The gardens are unique and
imaginative, using the principles of Master Gardener
training to select, place and care for plants in an
environmentally responsible manner based on research
specific to the low desert.

Lake Tahoe's SnowFest Winter Carnival
- The wacky and wildest strut their stuff at North Lake
Tahoe’s annual SnowFest, a 10-day winter carnival and one of
the region’s most popular family celebrations. The event,
scheduled for March 5-14, will again offer off-the-wall
special events geared for all ages!

of Illusion' Historic & Heroic Run of Shows - in Tucson, AZ:
Entertainers and nationally touring illusionists are setting the stage
for a historic run of 52 performances in Tucson! Sarlot & Eyed's
Carnival of Illusion recreates an intimate experience of magic that was
popular in the mid 1800s

Senior Winter Games to be Held at Dodge Ridge -
The spirit of the Winter Olympics will live on with competition for
senior winter sports enthusiasts at Dodge Ridge Winter Sports Area from
Mar. 11-14. Open to athletes from across the nation (women and men 50+
years) the competition will feature downhill skiing, telemark,
snowboarding, cross-country skiing and demonstrations, and more.

Raven Players Performances in Healdsburg, CA: Upcoming featured
performances include: Jan. 22-Feb. 21 - '2 by 5' The Broadway Hits of
Kander and Ebb; Apr. 16-May 9 - 'Our Town' by Pulitzer Prize winner
Thornton; and June 25-July 25 - 'Cats' based upon “Old Possum’s Book of
Practical Cats” by T.S. Eliot.
"School's
Out" Programs at Fort Stanwix National Monument, NY
- The
Marinus Willett Collections Management & Education Center features
exhibits that explore the story of Fort Stanwix and the Mohawk Valley
through the eyes of the people who lived in New York during the American
Revolutionary War. "Make a Difference" is this year’s theme for the
"School’s Out at the Fort" programs. Events will include an activity and
a take-home project.
