CHILEQUILES CON HUEVOS - Margarita’s Restaurant: A Mexican breakfast
specialty bursting with flavor, comes with two eggs-cooked any
style--served on a bed of Tortilla chips that are covered with mild red or
spicy green sauce, a dollop of sour cream and fresh avocado slices; plus
an order of rice and beans. Try their Mexican hot coffee with milk, or
live it up with a Mimosa. Located in the historic De Luca House,

BELGIAN WAFFLE - Moe's Log Cabin Cafe: Savor the classic
combination of melted butter and syrup soaking into a delicious Belgian
Waffle that is lightly dusted with powdered sugar and topped with whipped
cream. Their Stuffed Waffle is loaded with ham, eggs and melted cheese. On
weekends, treat yourself to their Stuffed Belgian Waffle Brunch, with a
Mimosa or Bloody Mary. Enjoy scenic lake and mountain views; in a casual,
friendly and family atmosphere. Moe's Log Cabin Cafe is in Warner Springs
on the way to the Anza Borrego Desert.

BUTTERMILK PANCAKES - Mother’s Kitchen: Start your day with a
stack of scrumptious buttermilk pancakes dripping with maple syrup, and a
sizzling order of vegetarian link sausage. Warm up with a cup of gourmet
coffee or hot chocolate topped with whipped cream. Enjoy the warm and
casual atmosphere in a cabin-style dining room complete with a crackling
fireplace on chilly days; or dine outside in their beautiful summer

STRAWBERRY FRENCH TOAST- Alpine Bread Basket Restaurant & Bakery:
Their famous San Diego Style French Toast is made from their own sweet
breads baked fresh daily. Their Strawberry French Toast made from thick
slices of Cinnamon Swirl Bread, is served with fresh strawberries,
homemade strawberry syrup and whipped cream. They have lovely indoor
dining rooms and an outdoor dining area where you can relax next to a
babbling creek that runs through a lush garden. The Bread Basket is in the

BAKED BRIE & FRESH FRUIT - The Wonder Garden Cafe: A healthy
choice featuring melted brie cheese, fresh fruit, and your choice of
bagel. The bagels are handmade from the Bagel Bistro in Palm Desert, and
their selection includes plain, whole wheat, sesame, poppy, French toast,
cinnamon raisin, orange cranberry, and blueberry. The atmosphere is
friendly, and the Cafe is tastefully furnished. One of their outdoor

6. THE YUMA SPECIAL
- Yuma Landing: Hearty breakfast of two eggs, crispy hash browns,
choice of bacon, ham or sausage links; and toast. The Yuma Landing is a
historical site and pictorial museum marking where the first plane landed
in Arizona. On October 25, 1911 pilot Rob Fowler, who was heading to the
East Coast from Santa Monica, touched down in Yuma between 1st & 3rd Sts.,
on 4th Ave. Today, a historic marker commemorating the ‘75th Anniversary
of Flight in Yuma’, stands in front of The Yuma Landing - the very site of

7. HOMEMADE QUICHE - The
Garden Cafe: This breakfast sensation is part of The Garden Cafe’s
Sunday Brunch, and is served with fresh fruit and delicious homemade
fruit, bread or a muffin. Choose from homemade Garden Vegetable Quiche
with spinach, mushrooms, and Jack & cheddar cheeses; or the Garden
Southwest Quiche featuring mild chilies, black olives, green onions, and
jack & cheddar cheeses. Sunday Brunch is served between 8am and 2:30pm,
outside in the garden amid the scented lemon trees, flowers and singing
