Historic Jenny Kent Home - Originally built in 1905 by Jenny Kent, a Yuma school teacher who taught at the Second Avenue School across the street, the Jenny Kent Home sits on a hill overlooking the original Yuma Downtown and is among the few wooden downtown residences to survive the Colorado River Flood of 1917. Listed in the Arizona State Historical Property Inventory, and also in the National Register of Historic Places, Jenny's has recently undergone extensive restoration.

Jenny Kent’s Bed & Breakfast - Today, Jenny Kent’s Bed & Breakfast is a charming establishment that offers a warm and friendly atmosphere to travelers visiting Yuma for business or pleasure, or crossing over the US/Mexican border to Algodones for medical treatment. Your home away from home, guests can relax in six tastefully furnished European-style guest rooms, each boasting a private bathroom, and wireless internet access. For your convenience, the common room also has a computer with internet access. Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast, or full breakfast on request. Provisions can also be made for extended stays with kitchen privileges.

Jenny Kent's Bed and Breakfast is conveniently located off the I-8 interstate, in the historic Century Heights District of Yuma. Situated across the street from The City of Yuma Branch Library, Jenny's is a short walk to the Yuma Historic Downtown and a five minute drive to the Yuma Palms Mall. A grocery store is also close by.
