Lesley Spencer Pyle is the founder and president of the HBWM.com, Inc. Network which includes: Home-Based Working Moms (www.HBWM.com) and Hire My Mom (www.HireMyMom.com) as well as four other related websites.

Pyle has a Master's Degree in Public Relations from the University of Stirling in Scotland and a BA Summa Cum Laude in Journalism / Public Relations from Texas State University. Pyle has been featured in numerous publications including Entrepreneur, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Forbes, Home Office Computing, Parenting, Business Start-Ups and many others.

She has been working from home for over 13 years and has four children.
