  Small town friendly with a great mountain view, Leapin' Lizard RV Ranch is a family owned and operated RV Park located Ocotillo Wells, California.
  Ocotillo Wells, also a State vehicular Recreation Area, is a small desert town situated in the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park which offers over 600,000 acres of compelling scenic wonders and is a great destination for off-highway explorers, backpackers, hikers, equestrians, mountain bikers, nature seekers, RV'ers and campers. Ocotillo Wells is a scenic 20 minute drive from Borrego Springs which offers golf, tennis, shopping, dining, church and more. 
  Open from October 1st to June 1st, Leapin' Lizard RV Ranch is a newer RV park that features 60 back-in, landscaped and private RV sites. Big rig sites are available with 30/50 amp service. Offering a secure off-highway location, the park is located off a paved private road, is fenced in, and surrounded by trees. Leapin' Lizard also offers clean and comfortable Rental Trailers that feature their own bathroom and shower; equipped kitchen; linens; swamp cooler and electric heater; picnic table and fire ring. Park amenities include laundry; courtesy phone and modem jack; fully tiled and clean restrooms and showers; large fenced pet area; horseshoe pits and group fire ring; and over 85 desert acres to explore.
  For group gatherings, Leapin' Lizard has an open air space that is tree shaded, decorated, lighted, and has tables and chairs, a bar, iron fire place and a BBQ. Occasionally throughout the season, the park hosts planned events for their guests, such as their Halloween Campfire, Thanksgiving Day Potluck Feast, Christmas Dinner Potluck, New Years Eve Party, Chili Cook-off, St. Valentine's Day Hay Ride; St. Patrick's Day BBQ and a Luau.
